Business/Corporate Group Packages

Service Description

Three months my services are offered twice weekly on-site at your business. Group Sessions and Individual Sessions are included within this package. Group Sessions (up to 15 people per Group) are 45 minutes in duration and are comprised of topics/training in Breath Work, Guided Imagery/Meditation for Relaxation and Anxiety, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Tapping, and ways to be more Mindful, Aware, Resilient and Confident. Individual Sessions are voluntary for the employees. They are confidential, and for that reason, are held at 138 North Ave in Hartland, WI. They are 60-90 minutes in duration and, if necessary, may include: A deeper experience of the offerings from Group Sessions, creating increased job performance, increased focus, greater job satisfaction, assessing and creating ways of balancing work and family obligations, and increasing coping strategies for difficult situations. These individual sessions may include Light Therapy and Hypnosis to assist in shifting perspectives if the individual is interested and willing to participate.
